Xu oil pump reconditioning
The oil pump is critical to the overall performance and reliability of the engine. Reduced function or failure of the oil pump can have catastrophic consequences, this causes excessive wear of the big-end bearings and other major oil filmed surfaces.
I can fully refurbish XU pumps for all 205 and 309 GTIs, including Mi16s, Gti-6 and the 2.0 turbo.
Each pump will be fully reconditioned with all OE parts; the processes include end float tolerance reset; plunger, idle and pinion gears are replaced if required; debris is removed from the strainer and then chemically cleaned and reassembled. The XU oil pump undergoes rigorous testing and quality checking before shipment.
